All accommodations are exclusively for tourist use
Final reservation
The reservation is final upon payment of 30% of the total amount, no later than 7 days after receipt of the quotation/rental agreement.
The final amount must be paid 4 weeks before the arrival date.
Deposit / Damage
The damage deposit will be refunded to your bank account no later than 7 to a maximum of 14 days after departure, following inspection and final cleaning of the property, provided no damage is found.
Electricity consumption (€0.40/kWh) is not included in the basic rent and is charged based on actual consumption; these costs will be deducted from the damage deposit.
The down payment will be refunded under the following conditions:
* No fines have been imposed for illegal activities, other rental accommodations, or services ordered during the stay.
* All waste has been disposed of in the designated containers, and all used kitchen inventory has been cleaned and put away.
* There is no damage to the accommodation, either inside or outside.
* All keys have been returned. All bills incurred during the stay must be paid before departure.
* No bed or bath linen is missing or damaged.
* The tenant has not been evicted from the accommodation by the owner (or the owner's representative) or the police.
If the obligations stated in the house rules are not adhered to, the rental company is entitled to deduct the resulting costs from the security deposit.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation up to 2 months before the arrival date, the amount will be refunded 100% minus a €100 administration fee.
In the event of cancellation up to 1 month before the arrival date, the amount will be refunded 70%.
In the event of cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date, the amount will be refunded 50%.
In the event of serious illness (with a medical certificate), the amount will be refunded minus a €100 administration fee, or you will receive a voucher equal to the booked amount, to be used for a new reservation.
Maximum occupancy
The maximum permitted number of guests is as indicated on the guest list of the rental agreement.
Included
Included in the rental price are: bed linen and bath towels, Wi-Fi, water, and gas. If this is not the case, it will be stated in the rental agreement.
Check-in and check-out
Upon arrival, the keys will be handed to you personally.
Check-in between 16:00 and 21:00 (if after 22:00, extra costs €30 - after midnight €60).
Check-out between 7:00 and 10:00.
Upon departure, the property must be left tidy and in its original condition; waste must be taken to the street containers or the designated areas at the resorts.
Cleaning service
If desired, you can always request an extra cleaning during your stay for a fee.
Airport transfer
If desired, we can arrange an airport transfer for a fee.
False Reservations
Reservations made under false pretenses will result in the withholding of your payments, deposits, or rental amount, and access to the property will be denied.
Written Exceptions
Exceptions to the above guidelines must be confirmed in writing in advance.
Loss of Keys or Remote Control
In the event of loss of the remote control or house key, a fee of €50/piece will be charged (security key: €80/piece). In case of loss of remote control for air conditioning / TV / decoder / DVD player: €50/piece.
Reliability
The landlord/owner is not responsible for:
* accidents, injuries, or illnesses occurring during the stay in or around the property;
* the loss of personal property or valuables belonging to the tenants;
* burglary, damage to personal possessions/vehicles, or other problems caused by third parties.
Pets
Pets are NOT allowed in most accommodations! Only permitted in the holiday home if clear permission has been obtained in advance. The landlord/owner bears no responsibility whatsoever for illnesses or injuries to the pet.
